Gemi - La Dieci S.R.L.

The project involves two separate expansions, totaling 3.500 sq.m., of a manufacturing plant located in Montecchio Emilia, which covers an area of approximately 40.000 sq.m..

The expansions were carried out using prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, while the horizontal structures of the roofs consist of lattice beams in metal carpentry with a diamond pattern. These elements were pre-assembled in the workshop and later installed on site.

In addition, a covered structure of 400 sq.m. was built to house educational workshops, training classrooms, and a panoramic stand overlooking an area of approximately 20.000 sq.m., dedicated to testing and commissioning construction and agricultural machinery. This area is equipped with a 900-meter-long concrete track.
