The structure is built entirely with prefabricated concrete elements and a bac acier roof. It stands out from similar buildings for its high quality finishes and dedicated warehouse and office spaces.

The warehouse consists of a single open space, divided into multiple temperature-controlled cells powered by a refrigeration unit, and features 38 loading docks.
