Prologis - SDA Bologna 12.2

Within the “Bologna Interporto” logistics hub, a turnkey logistics complex was developed, including an attached office area, parking facilities, internal roads, and service yards.

Development of a branch for SDA-Poste Italiane, strategically located within the Bologna Interporto.

The project covers a total area of approximately 12.300 sq.m., with a warehouse space of about 2.700 sq.m. and a two-story office area of approximately 700 sq.m..

The structure is entirely built with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements and stands out from similar buildings for its high-quality finishes in both the warehouse and office areas.
