Kryalos SGR

The property to be renovated is a logistics warehouse located near the Bologna airport in an industrial area in the municipality of Calderara di Reno (BO), with a total surface area of approximately 90.000 sq.m., of which approximately 50.000 covered.

Within the area, there are currently areas leased to different tenants, and the planned works refer to a portion of the building of approximately 32.000 sq.m. covered, in addition to accessory works in the external appurtenant areas.

The works envisage the division of the warehouse into 4 separate units and can be summarised in the following macro-categories:
• Remediation of asbestos-containing materials
• Building works
• Loading bays and sectional overhead doors
• Plant, electrical, mechanical and sprinkler works
