Kryalos SGR

A major refurbishment and expansion project for a logistics facility.

The project involved upgrading the existing building with a new roof, sections of the facades, internal partitions and parts of the flooring; installing new electrical systems; a new indoor and outdoor fire hydrant network; new loading docks and dock doors with corresponding metal protections; new windows; and final interior and exterior painting across the entire property.

The newly expanded area of the building is equipped with a sprinkler system and features a spacious office area on two levels, as well as changing rooms and a cafeteria with a kitchen.

Existing warehouse upgrade: 17.500 sq.m.
Ground floor expansion: 7.000 sq.m.
First floor expansion: 1.000 sq.m.
Of which offices, changing rooms, and cafeteria with kitchen: 2.200 sq.m.
Paved outdoor area: 13.700 sq.m.
