Kryalos SGR

The building, with a covered area of 14.000 sq.m., is primarily designed for logistics and administrative functions, featuring dedicated spaces for loading, unloading, and storage of goods, as well as two-story offices totaling 900 sq.m. and support rooms spanning 500 sq.m..
The construction techniques include the use of a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure and a bac acier roof, with beams and columns designed to ensure the stability and structural integrity of the building.
The pitched roof is equipped with fixed and operable skylights to enhance natural lighting and smoke ventilation.
The warehouse floors are made of reinforced industrial concrete, while to protect against rising damp in the office areas, a ventilated crawl space was installed. To ensure safety and efficiency, the external facades are built with thermal break reinforced concrete panels, while the office interiors are finished with drywall and rock wool insulation.
