Turnkey construction of a sustainability-focused logistics hub, certified BREEAM Very Good, covering an area of 98.000 sq.m..
- 27.000 sq.m. of warehouse space constructed
- 2.000 sq.m. offices divided into three blocks
- 12.200 sq.m. of green areas with tree planting

The entire project was completed in just 12 months, using a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure and a bac-acier roof, with a particular attention to the structural grid to optimize storage capacity and internal goods handling for efficient logistics management.

To support warehouse operations, three office blocks totaling 2.000 sq.m. were constructed: two with two floors and one on the ground floor.

The visual impact of the site is mitigated by perimeter landscaping with trees and shrubs, using native species known for their resilience and adaptability to the local environment.
