Construction of 6 buildings dedicated to the tertiary sector (offices, laboratories, clinics), each covering 200 sq.m. for a total of approximately 1.200 sq.m..

The uniqueness of the project lies in faithfully reproducing the architecture of the Emilia plain, recalling the pre-existing architectural elements of the area.

All the buildings are single-story, with exposed wooden roofs; the exterior finishes mix plaster with a visible pattern of reclaimed bricks. The surfaces of the porticos are also constructed using reclaimed terracotta tiles.

High-quality metal windows with high thermal and acoustic insulation were used. The buildings are equipped with photovoltaic systems for electricity production and heat pumps for heating. The external areas have been carefully designed with selected pavements.
