Turnkey realisation of a logistics complex with annexed office area, car parks, roads and yards. The building is located within the functional pole ‘Bologna Interporto’.

The project covers a total area of about 27.000 sq.m., the covered area consists of a warehouse building of about 15.000 sq.m. including an office building on 2 levels of about 900 sq.m. in total.

The structure is entirely made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements and bac acier roofing and stands out from the buildings of its kind for the high quality standards of the finishes, both in the warehouse and office areas.
