The project covers a total area of approximately 16.000 sq.m.. The built-up area includes a 5.900 sq.m. warehouse and a 420 sq.m. two-story office building.

The structure is built entirely with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements and a bac acier roof.It stands out from similar buildings for its high-quality standards.
