Turnkey construction of a logistics complex, including an office area, parking facilities, internal roads, and service yards.

Development of a branch for SDA-Poste Italiane, strategically located in the industrial area of Stezzano (BG), just minutes from the Dalmine tollbooth on the A4 motorway.

The project covers a total area of approximately 17.700 sq.m., with a warehouse space of about 3.800 sq.m. and an office area of approximately 500 sq.m..

Building on the experience gained at Bologna Interporto, the structure is entirely built with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements and features high-quality finishes in both the warehouse and office areas.

Additionally, the project included the construction of an access road to the site with a dedicated approximately 1.500-meter- long bike lane, a bridge crossing a canal, and additional bike lanes to complete the urban development works.
