CASTELLETTO CERVO (BI)
The project involves the construction of a logistics warehouse as an expansion of the existing structure in the municipality of Castelletto Cervo, on a lot of 73.500 sq.m. The intervention includes the transformation of agricultural areas into production spaces, the expansion of the provincial road SP 315, and the creation of green areas for environmental compensation.
The logistics building was designed and built in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
It houses offices and services over a total area of approximately 1.000 sq.m. across two floors and loading/unloading spaces of about 25.000 sq.m..
Additionally, 20.000 sq.m. of existing structure were redeveloped. The result is a cutting-edge logistics hub of 45.000 sq.m. in total, with a capacity of over 60,000 pallet spaces, designed according to the highest quality and sustainability standards.
The construction was carried out with prefabricated reinforced concrete elements and a bac acier roof, and includes state-of-the-art technological systems, photovoltaic panels, and solutions to ensure energy efficiency.
The area was enriched with green spaces integrated into the surrounding landscape, with particular attention to the Baraggia Nature Reserve.
The construction meets all accessibility and safety standards and focuses on environmental and ecological sustainability, aiming for LEED certification.
