The project involves a series of architectural and engineering interventions for the construction of a building dedicated to logistics activities, situated in the municipality of Cuneo, within the Ronchi district, on a 43.500 sq.m. site.
The building encompasses a covered area of approximately 8.300 sq.m..
The storage area measures about 5.300 sq.m., with processing rooms and technical services located on the ground floor, covering approximately 600 sq.m.. The first floor features 2.000 sq.m. of offices, locker rooms, and staff facilities.
The loading and unloading area is positioned on the north side of the building, equipped with 8 loading bays and a spacious maneuvering yard for heavy vehicles. The project includes the installation of prefabricated canopies to protect both parking and loading areas, with designed zones for small and heavy-duty vehicles, each having independent entrances and exits to ensure efficient workflow.
Internally, the building is outfitted with advanced technological systems, including photovoltaic panels, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, mechanical ventilation, and LED artificial lighting.
A heating and cooling system has been installed in the warehouse, to maintain temperature control throughout the year, as well as air extraction systems in the service areas. The structure is constructed of reinforced concrete with prefabricated elements and a bac acier roof, while the external windows are made of thermal break aluminum with safety glass.
Additionally, the project incorporates the creation of a green area designed to blend with the surrounding environment, enhancing aesthetics and quality, as well as the installation of noise barriers to ensure compliance with noise pollution regulations.
All described technologies and the careful selection of materials have been specifically designed and integrated to achieve the environmental certification BREEAM Very Good.
