SIENA (SI)
The project involves the demolition and reconstruction of an industrial/artisanal building within the Municipality of Siena, in the AM3 area, with the goal of constructing a building of approximately 9.800 sq.m.
The ground floor is primarily dedicated to warehouse operations, providing 5.200 sq.m. of storage space, and a 2.100 sq.m. canopy has been constructed on the west side.
Changing rooms and offices are partially located on the ground floor, but primarily on the first floor, totaling approximately 2.500 sq.m..
The external areas have been fully redeveloped with plazas, parking lots, and landscaped green areas to enhance the project’s aesthetics and functionality.
To enhance landscape integration, the project includes vegetative screens along the site’s perimeter and noise barriers to reduce acoustic impact.
The building was designed and constructed in compliance with the environmental sustainability criteria established by BREEAM certification, with particular attention to reducing environmental impact and improving energy performance.
Photovoltaic systems for renewable energy generation, water-saving solutions, and rainwater harvesting systems for irrigation and sanitary use have been installed.
As a result, the building meets high environmental and wellness standards, aligning with international best practices in sustainable construction.
Offices on the 1st floor + restrooms, changing rooms, and stairs: 2.000 sq.m.
Restrooms on the ground floor + entrances, office, technical room, and stairs: 500 sq.m.
Warehouse: 5.200 sq.m.
Canopy: 2.100 sq.m.
