Kryalos SGR

The project involves the construction of a single-story logistics warehouse with attached offices and service area.

The structure is built with prefabricated vertical and horizontal reinforced concrete elements and features a bac acier roof, while the external office windows are made of thermal break aluminum.

The building, located in Lainate, covers a total area of approximately 25.000 sq.m.. The covered area is about 13.000 sq.m., including a warehouse and an office and locker room building of around 700 sq.m..

The external areas include green spaces and permeable surfaces for the ecological management of stormwater, with a drainage system that separates wastewater from rainwater.

The logistics area is equipped for goods storage and material loading/unloading. The project includes heating, air conditioning, photovoltaic, water, and sewage systems.

The entire building is designed to comply with hygiene and health regulations, as well as energy efficiency standards.
