PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Executive and Construction Design
Based on the project or technical specifications provided by the client (whether a company or a private entity), our technical office develops detailed executive and construction design, also utilizing BIM methodologies while strictly adhering to environmental sustainability criteria. Upon project completion, the Client will receive a comprehensive set of “as built” drawings, covering both structural and system-related aspects.
Technical and Administrative Assistance Activities:
We manage all interactions with regulatory Authorities (Public Administration, Fire Department, Health Service, ARPA), the Works Directorate, the Safety Manager and Coordinator, as well as specialized professionals involved in the construction process.
TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION
Logistics / Industrial and Residential Buildings
Through a trusted network of selected suppliers, we executed emotions, earthworks, direct or indirect foundation systems, metal structural works, and the construction of prefabricated buildings in reinforced concrete, steel, or wood. We also install electrical, photovoltaic, and mechanical systems; fire protection and sprinkler systems; industrial flooring; interior finishes for warehouses and offices; as well as urban development and landscaping works.
RENOVATIONS
We refurbish industrial and residential buildings by upgrading existing structures to meet the highest market standards, ensuring superior material quality and high-end finishes.
