CASTELLETTO CERVO (BI)

The project involves the construction of a logistics warehouse as an extension of the existing structure in the municipality of Castelletto Cervo, on a plot of 73,500 sq.m. The intervention includes transforming agricultural areas into industrial spaces, widening the provincial road SP 315, and creating green areas for environmental compensation.
The logistics building has been designed and built in compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
It houses offices and services over approximately 1,000 sq.m. across two floors, and it provides loading/unloading areas of about 25,000 sq.m.
In addition, 20,000 sq.m. of the existing structure has been refurbished. The result is a state-of-the-art logistics hub totaling 45,000 sq.m., with a capacity for over 60,000 pallet positions, designed according to the highest quality and sustainability standards.
The construction was carried out using prefabricated reinforced concrete elements and a bac acier roof, featuring state of the art technological systems, photovoltaic installations, and solutions to ensure energy efficiency.
The area has been enriched with green spaces harmoniously integrated into the surrounding landscape, with special attention given to the Baraggia Natural Reserve.
The project meets all accessibility and safety standards and focuses on environmental and ecological sustainability with the aim of achieving LEED certification.
